01Do you take bookings, or is it walk-in?

Both. Walk in any time and we will find you a seat. For groups of six or more, or for the long table, message the order line and we will hold it — tables are kept for 30 minutes past the booked time.
02How much notice do you need for catering?

48 hours for trays and platters up to 100 people. For 100 to 300, give us a week so we can plan the prep room and staffing around your date. Celebration cakes need 24 hours; custom designs, three days.
03Do you deliver, and how far?

We deliver all over Swat with our own riders, from opening until 12:45 AM. Anything further we can arrange by courier for bakery and Organic shelf items only.
04Is everything halal?

Yes. All meat is halal and cut in-house each morning. Nothing on any of our counters contains alcohol, including the mojitos and coolers at The Bar.
05Something went wrong with my order. What now?

Tell us the same day if you can. Message the feedback line with your order details and a photo if there is one to take. We remake or refund without argument — see the guest policies on the Policies page.
